Now make holes in the middle of each scallop, with some scissors or a hole punch.

 Overlap the two wider end pieces and push the needle through.

Sew a button with the same threat.

Now, cut theribbon in two halves and push one end through the last hole.

Do this with both sides, stick them together with glue or sew it.
